why is Inner Garden

referred to as a brotherhood?

The group operates in a framework and in accordance with the values of traditional Hermetic Brotherhoods: it is based on friendship and a code of ethics or chivalric code combined with a code of secrecy.

It should be noted that the term brotherhood does not mean women are excluded. Women are equally welcome.

In accordance with alchemical tradition, every member is encouraged to train at least one student, who could one day be his or her successor and pass on the Lamp of Hidden Wisdom.
